New Rune

A ruling class aligned legacy media outlet in London generated a font that employed the psychological persuasion technique of calling to authority. The font they designed had embellishments that imitated those seen on Roman lettering. This was done to bring to mind the prestige, that is wrongly or rightly associated with the Roman empire, so that the viewer would link that with this particular user of the printing press.

Here I have created a font of the Anglo-Saxon runes, with the same embellishments..
